Provision of full width bi-folding doors allow for a variation of integration or separation as required. The installation of roof lanterns provides much needed daylight. A full width extension can often be quite linear in its appearance, and this was improved by raising the central snug and introducing high level fanlights.

A new raised cantilevered decking area incorporating structural glass balustrades and a contemporary staircase was added to lighten this element.
